Shipping & Delivery

So you've made your first RevivaLight order? Welcome to our Wellness family!

Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 24-48 hours.

To speed up delivery if your order contains a number of different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

Your order will be sent via our respective shipping partners and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 7-10 business days**.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

*Please note: All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may also occur during busy periods including but not limitted to Christmas, Black Friday Sales, Valentine's Day and so on.

**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!

You're in luck! At RevivaLight we believe in offering the best customer experience we can, and as a result we offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING!

All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days* from the date of shipment.

Please bare in mind that in Australia Post quoting us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. We are all human after all!

When this is the case, our tracking system will notify you of any delay and keep you up-to date with an accurate as possible delivery time.

Yay, time to celebrate – your order is on its way!

After we pass your order to our respective delivery partners, we will send you a shipping confirmation to your email.

This will contain a both a tracking number & a Track Order button that will take you directly to the respective sites so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder first as it may of ended up there!

Think your order might be lost in transit?

Although our respective delivery partners quotes us a timeframe for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe for whatever reason.

When this is the case, your tracking number and confirmation email will provide you with an up-to date timeline on goings on.

If your order isn’t delivered within 20 business days, please contact us and we can launch an immediate investigation on your behalf.

*Please note: For any queries or issues relating to your order, we recommend you first reach out to our delivery partners directly as once it has left our Warehouses it is ultimately in their hands. While we understand delays are frustrating, we are required to work within the relevant industry guidelines for delays, lost or damaged goods.

If contacting them directly has failed to resolve the issue please let us know and we can try our best to resolve any further issues immediately.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

If you have provided an incorrect address and the package has been shipped and delivered, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Absolutely! Check out as normal & the options will appear for you to enter your overseas address!

At present our products are only sold on our Online Store, so we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling.

Have a special someone who you think needs some of our products in their life? You can ship any Pawz and Purr product directly to that lucky lad or lady by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address.

We don’t include any invoices or reciepts inside the box as all are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

*Please note: Due to the fact we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package - we’re sorry. This is something we are working towards in the near future!

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy.

We offer a 60-day risk free trial of our products, during which you can return them at any time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All posted items sent as a return are not paid for by Pawz and Purr and are at the expense of the customer.

We are happy to offer a customer focused 60 day return period for you to make the decision!

Sadly, we know that sometimes our products are just not quite the right fit for some humans and animals.

You can certainly return anything you order from us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 60 days.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All products must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

**Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing and the refund amount will reflect this.

If your return is accepted you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All posted items sent as a return are at the expense of the customer.  

We will notify you immediately once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too following our release of the funds.

Payment

All jokes and puns aside - your privacy and security is our highest priority.

We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)

If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as ZIP and AfterPay.

Woo, it’s on sale or you've signed up to our newsletter- so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale).

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description. Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for (eg. specific products only).

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our RevivaLight team is ready to leap into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
